  • Copies of current Certificate of Title/s & Diagrams for all parcels of land been attached

Essential background information

 You must read and understand the following information before applying for Subdivision of Water Works Service.

(a) The minimum capacity and water allowance, as stipulated in the Piped Water District Operating Manual, must be allocated to each lot of the subdivision. Any capacity share or water allowance in excess of the minimum can be allocated at the discretion of the applicant (please advise if more than the minimum is to be allocated to any of the separate lots).

(b) Any additional tapping points or infrastructure upgrades or pipeline extensions required as a result of the subdivision will be at the applicants cost.

(c) Provisions of Easements (private or GMW) will be the subdividers responsibility and at their cost.

(d) Further criteria relevant to Normanville and Catumnal – Peak Daily Demand and Annual Use Limit cannot be moved from Catumnal District to Normanville District or vice versa.
